Afluity provides professional funeral documentation services, including but not limited to:

• Multi-camera recording
• Photography and video coverage
• Ceremony audio recording
• Memorial video delivery and archival footage

Specific services, coverage times, and deliverables are confirmed prior to the event.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once:

• The service details are agreed upon
• Any required deposit or payment is received

Due to the time-sensitive nature of funeral services, we recommend confirming bookings as early as possible.

3. Event Coverage

Our team will make every reasonable effort to capture the ceremony respectfully and professionally.

Coverage may vary depending on:

• Venue restrictions
• Weather conditions (for outdoor services)
• Technical limitations of the location
• Instructions from funeral coordinators or family representatives

We will always work with the family and funeral directors to ensure the service is documented appropriately.

4. Livestream and Technical Services

While we strive to provide a stable livestream experience, livestreaming relies on external factors such as:

• Internet connectivity
• Network strength at the venue
• Third-party streaming platforms

Because of these factors, uninterrupted streaming cannot always be guaranteed.

A recorded version of the ceremony will still be captured and provided whenever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients or family representatives agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and timing
• Inform us of any venue restrictions or special requirements
• Coordinate with funeral directors or venue staff when necessary

Delays or changes not communicated in advance may affect coverage.

6. Payments

Pricing is confirmed prior to the event.

Payment terms may include:

• Full payment prior to the service
• Deposit followed by remaining balance before or on the day of the event

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery of final media.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to scheduling commitments and preparation for each service:

• Deposits and setup fees may be non-refundable once work has begun
• Cancellations close to the event date may be subject to partial charges

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Delivery of Media

Final media (photos, videos, or recordings) will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Editing requirements
• File processing
• Service package selected

We aim to deliver final materials as promptly as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All photos and videos captured by Afluity remain our intellectual property.

Clients are granted a license to use the delivered media for personal and memorial purposes.

Commercial use requires written permission.

10. Privacy and Respect

We understand the sensitive nature of funeral services.

All footage, recordings, and photographs will be handled respectfully and shared only with authorized parties unless explicit permission is granted.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure professional service, Afluity shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures outside our control
• Internet interruptions affecting livestreams
• Venue or environmental restrictions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
