Refund Policy

Afluity operates on a performance-based service model. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined below.

 


1. SETUP FEES

All setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Setup fees cover strategy development, system configuration, messaging creation, testing, and execution. Once this work begins, the fee is considered earned.

 


2. PAY-PER-LEAD SERVICES

For pay-per-lead services:

  • You are billed only for leads that meet the agreed qualification criteria

  • Leads that do not meet the agreed criteria are not billed

  • Delivered and verified leads are non-refundable

Refunds are not issued for leads that meet the agreed criteria but do not convert into sales.

 


3. LEAD QUALITY DISPUTES

If you believe a delivered lead does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Disputes submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

Each dispute will be reviewed based on the original agreed criteria.

 


4. RE-ACTIVATION & OUTREACH SERVICES

For re-activation and cold outreach services:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable

  • Qualified leads delivered are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not issued based on response rates, conversion rates, or sales outcomes

These services focus on lead delivery and engagement, not closing.

 


5. NO REFUNDS FOR PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Lower-than-expected volume

  • Slower ramp-up periods

  • Sales performance or close rates

  • Market or seasonal changes

Marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control.

 


6. TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

If services are terminated early:

  • Completed setup work remains non-refundable

  • Delivered leads remain billable

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time or capacity

 


7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without prior communication may result in immediate service suspension.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns.
